HBL PSL 2025 started with much fanfare but 2025 has seen dwindling interest in the game of cricket after a dismal display by the Pakistan team in the recent New Zealand tour.

People in particular are also reeling under the very burdensome inflation that seems to be engineered by players of the power corridors.

Also, Pakistan Cricket Board is marred by corrupt officials, run by illegitimate and irrelevantly experienced bureaucrats – that has stolen the very spirit of the game.

Pakistan was once a powerhouse of cricket – from greats like Imran Khan to inswinging yorker kings like Waqar Younis and batting behemoths like Javed Miandad that Pakistan ruled the cricketing globe.

Generations today can’t even imagine how it felt like to be the powerhouse of cricketing world.
